The striking exterior features a genuine Portuguese cork print, designed by renowned artist Drew Millward for The Monkey Puzzle Tree. Drew’s signature style reflects the architecture of Northern England with his iconic skull, light bulb and rose motifs. The ‘ Hit the North ’ wallpaper is beautifully printed onto real cork.
The vintage drinks cabinet is partly painted with a durable dark gray, almost black furniture paint. The bar cabinet has beautiful original glass sliding doors that are made opaque with a window film. This is easy to remove. The wood has been brought back to life and durably protected with Osmo hardwax.
The vintage drinks cabinet with display case has a display case section with glass sliding doors with mirror and glass shelf, sliding doors a flap behind which a bar is hidden and 2 spacious drawers. Everything runs smoothly. Each drawer is equipped with a solid brass knob.

The cork print is protected with multiple layers of high-quality varnish, which gives it a durable finish. So you can clean it with a slightly damp cloth. Preferably no cleaning agent, which is often too aggressive. Scratching objects such as ceramics can best be provided with a layer of felt or a coaster. Ceramics quickly get scratches when you move them.
